  • Past participle

    The form of the past participle given here is the feminine singular. This is because in analytic verb constructions the form used is that of the feminine singular. Used as an adjective (and in passive constructions) the past participle agrees with the subject in number and gender, and has a masculine singular form in -u, which may also differ from the feminine singular in respect of the root vowel.

  • Preterite

    In many Aromanian varieties, the 2sg has the ending -ʃi, and the 2pl the ending -tu. See discussion in Maiden, M.
